Your Tasks

  • You actively drive our growth: Whether by phone, email, or LinkedIn, you proactively approach potential new customers, systematically research target companies, and identify new leads and business opportunities.
  • You generate interest through relevant insights: With your communication skills and structured research, you deliver industry-specific insights and valuable information. Your goal: to arrange qualified appointments for our management team.
  • You carry out systematic outreach campaigns: from lead generation and personalized initial contact to appointment scheduling, you keep a close eye on all steps and systematically document your progress in our HubSpot CRM system.
  • You work in a structured and goal-oriented manner: multi-touch sequences, trigger event monitoring, and systematic follow-up are part of your daily tasks. You track performance data and continuously optimize your processes.
  • You contribute your own ideas and think proactively: Together with management, you further develop lead generation processes, actively help to design an efficient, scalable sales structure, and maintain our CRM system.

Your Skills

  • You are motivated and enjoy systematic work: Ideally, you already have some sales experience, enjoy talking on the phone, and are open and approachable. You enjoy research and data analysis.
  • You are a talented communicator: You can win people over with your authentic and enthusiastic manner—in German and, if necessary, in English. You communicate confidently across all business levels, right up to management.
  • You want to continuously develop yourself: You are keen to learn modern lead generation methods and master systematic B2B processes.

- You are structured and persistent: initiative, goal orientation, and a structured approach to work are part of your toolkit. You enjoy documenting your work and deal with challenges in a positive manner.
- You are tech-savvy: you are very familiar with LinkedIn and MS Office. Ideally, you already have some experience with CRM systems (not a must).
